What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities may include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial & industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnosing and resolving complex system performance issues
- Performing preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Communicating clearly with customers and teammates
- Working on a wide range of refrigeration systems—from standard cold storage to advanced process and scientific applications
- Tackling technical challenges that go beyond routine “filter change” calls
Who We’re Looking For
Experience & Certifications
Minimum 4 years of HVACR service and installation experience (Residential or Commercial)
- EPA Certification required; advanced certs welcome
Technical Strengths
- Strong working knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment, electrical troubleshooting, and refrigerant recovery
- Confidence diagnosing and resolving complex issues independently and professionally
Professional Traits
- Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship
- Clean driving record, background check, and valid driver’s license required
