Joining our Operations Support Department is your chance to learn the industry from the ground up.
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll work in our shop, around our technicians, equipment, and operations team—seeing the trade up close while building real-world skills.

What You’ll Do
As part of our Operations Support team, you’ll assist with daily operations, shop work, facility maintenance, and field technician support. This is a hands on, physical role where you will learn by doing.
Building, Grounds & Property Maintenance
Perform and assist with routine building maintenance and repairs
Participate in grounds maintenance, including:
- Sidewalk snow removal and ice control
- Lawn mowing and lawn care
- Tree and shrub pruning
- Weed and vegetation control
- Assist with roof maintenance, including removing debris and cleaning roof drains
- Support preventive maintenance tasks around company property
Seasonal & Exterior Maintenance
- Support snow removal around sidewalks, entrances, and outdoor areas
- Maintain safe and clean exterior spaces year round
- Assist with seasonal maintenance planning and execution
Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC Support
- Perform basic HVAC maintenance tasks under supervision
- Assist with lighting repairs, fixture replacement, and general troubleshooting
- Identify repair needs and communicate them to management or technicians
Operations & Technician Support
- Assist field technicians by:
- Staging, retrieving, and returning parts and materials
- Ensuring tools and equipment are ready and available
- Help manage inventory:
- Track parts and consumables
- Restock and organize shelves and storage areas
- Support shipping/receiving of equipment and materials
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs (scrap metal, equipment, materials)
Equipment, Tools & Fleet Management
- Track, store, and monitor special tools and shop equipment
- Assist with fleet maintenance and logistics:
- Basic inspections
- Routine upkeep
- Scheduling service
- Help coordinate rental trailer delivery, pickup, cleanliness, and basic maintenance
Leadership, Safety & Coordination
- Follow safe working practices and promote a safe environment
- Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and technicians
- Take initiative and help improve processes
- Delegate tasks to helpers or seasonal support as needed
Who We’re Looking For

Mechanically inclined or enjoy hands-on work
Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
Able to perform physical labor (lifting, climbing, moving equipment)
Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
A good communicator and team player
Able to operate a vehicle (valid driver’s license required)
Experience in maintenance or mechanical support is helpful—but not required.
